while for ball valves, quick release couplings, camlocks - Hydraulic Shell, Test Pressure, etc
while for belt pulleys - Static Balancing, Dynamic (if ordered), etc
while for electrical mats, cork sheets - Tensile Strength, Elongation, Electrical, etc
tested as per relevant IS, BS, DIN, JIS, ASTM, SAE & ISO standards for testing material are followed.

| Brief Procedure Of HIC's
Stringent Quality Control Measures |
At the outset, the quality of Rubber is tested as to free from foreign material and is procured directly from rubber plantation industries i.e rubber estates. The following procedure is generally carried out:-
It is ensured that such and such quantity of rubber along with the chemical are mixed in appropriate proportion in the mixing mill.
Once the rubber compound is got ready, it is checked up in a small press as to the correctness of the compound prior to taking into use for manufacturing of the belts.
Then such compound is being fed into the calendar machine along with the fabricate calendared and is tested as to the quality.
Finally, when the belt is cured that goes in hydraulic press and tested that the belt cured is within time of correctness when the sample get ready for testing in the laboratory.
The above type of tests is a routine job and non-stop operation and great emphasis as laid that the above procedure is carried out without any interruption such that the best rendered faultless if the above procedure is carried in a prescribed manner and is the ensured that the same is being carried out.
Although the finished belt results are definitely tested in the lab with regard to tensile strength, adhesion, belt fatigue tests, elongation and other tests at least twice in a week and truly speaking, are generally carried out in every alternate days, report of which is lodged in the register and verified by President.
